摘要
Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation's 200t square 20m's metallurgical crane, research and analysis about deformation and stress distribution of bridge structure are executed by adopting ANSYS finite element analysis software. Through the analysis and calculation, the maximum flexibility, static Von Mises equivalent stress and natural vibration frequency of first step of crane are conformed to design specifications. At the same time, the ANSYS calculation results are compared with the scene test results, which provide a certain theoretical basis for evaluating the reliability of loading capacity of crane.
