摘要
Impact of internet addiction should be further explored since its potential has caused several concerns among Malaysian employees. In addition, there is very little empirical literature concerning the implications of internet addiction and employee performance. This paper seeks to review the feasibility study done on 50 employees of private sector and government sector on internet addiction and the preferred method of training according to their jobs. Besides that, this paper will explore the relationship on task and social technology fit towards utilization of online training and employee performance. Therefore, the results of this feasibility study will further explore on the issue of internet addiction and employee training in Malaysia. Finally, this study will propose a new model to explore the impact of internet addiction as a mediator between the relationship.
