摘要
This study proposes a polarization Interferometric nonlinear confocal microscope to analyze a single nanoparticle for drug delivery system (DDS). The system includes the Michelson-type interferometer in a nonlinear confocal laser microscope. The microscope has characteristics of high resolution and high contrast. We have measured optical anisotropies in a 200-nm diameter polymeric nanoparticle with the microscope.
