摘要
Nowadays, the lack of physical activity is one of the most worrying data of our time. In this context, several studies have made an effort to study this cause with its possible factors. Therefore, motivation and resilience play an essential role in the maintenance of these adaptive behaviour. This descriptive and cross-sectional research has the purpose of studying the correlation between the level of resilience with the motivational climate towards sport and the age of the sample, a descriptive study was carried out with a total of 571 students from the University of Granada. The PMSCQ-2 and CD-RISC questionnaires have been used to obtain some interesting results. Among them, revealing that being a man is associated with higher scores in Ego Climate and a greater Tolerance to Adversity, as well as being a student of Social Education is related to a greater orientation towards Task Climate and lower levels of Control and Spirituality. It has also been shown that the practice of physical activity is directly related to the ability to overcome adversity. Furthermore, it has been demonstrated how the develop of different resilience factors benefit intrinsic manifestation of motivation, determined by Task Climate components; whereas it has been revealed in the opposite direction in Ego Climate;, also taking into account age differences of the research participants.
