摘要
This work analyses the reform of Article 94 of the Civil Code on visitation and communication rights with children, amended by Law 8/2921, of 2 June, which reforms civil and procedural legislation to support people with disabilities in the exercise of their legal capacity. Specifically, we focus on the visitation rights regarding adult disabled or emancipated children who require decision- making support.
