摘要：

The present paper discusses the efforts of teaching ability of university teachers in the following six aspects: first, the level of teachers' business is the basic requirements; Secondly, the level of teacher research is a strong guarantee; Third, the teaching skills and methods is the Important basis for the teaching ability; Fourth, We must carry out the training of teachers for improving the teaching ability of young teachers; Fifth, We should carry out the moral education to play a dynamic role in teaching; Finally, Encourage teachers into teaching initiative by using the teaching evaluation system.
