摘要
In order to analyze the efficacy, bone metabolism and safety of bisphosphonates combined with recombinant human parathyroid hormone 1-34 in elderly patients with lumbar or hip joint injury caused by osteoporosis, this research recruited 98 patients and randomly and equally divided them into treatment group and control group. The treatment group received recombinant human parathyroid hormone 1-34 combined with ibandronate sodium, and the control group was treated with ibandronate sodium alone. After 12 months, the promotion of bone mineral density (BMD) in treatment group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). The increasements of the serum alkaline phosphatase (ALP), the serum Bone alkaline phosphatase (BAP) and the serum Osteocalcin(OC) were significantly higher and the decreasements of antitartrate acid phosphatase-5b (TRACP-5b) and the serum type I collagen C-terminal peptide (s-CTX) were significantly lower in treatment group than those in control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference of the rates of severe adverse drug reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05). It was concluded that bisphosphonates combined with recombinant human parathyroid hormone 1-34 can improve the efficacy, bone metabolism related indexes safely in elderly patients with lumbar or hip joint injury caused by osteoporosis, which is better than using bisphosphonates alone.
