摘要:
In this paper, six Gain Mode Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs) in the 2.11 GHz to 2.23 GHz band are designed using the cascode structure. The Cascode structure increased gain and increased isolation of input and output to reduce noise. The proposed structure is implemented using SOI CMOS 65nm process and uses 1V supply power.
