摘要
A semi-Lagrangian advection scheme, in which modified exponential splines are used for interpolation, is presented. The second moments of distributions are significantly better conserved compared with cubic splines. Further, a modified quasi-monotonic semi-Lagrangian scheme (QMSL) is proposed based on the work of Bermejo and Staniforth. Compared with the original QMSL scheme, nonrealistic damping of waves with resolvable scales is decreased.
