摘要：
The lipoma of the corpus callosum is a rare neoplasia which can be associated to partial or total agenesia of the callous commissure. The clinical symptomatology consists in disturbs of mental functions and in presence of seizures. We reported the study of a case with intra and extra-cranial area undergone to surgical operation.
