摘要：
Business process reengineering (BPR)is one of the most popular concepts in management field today. In the light of the lack of methods to performance evaluation of business process, the article puts forth a method of performance evaluation, which is a DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis)/AHP (Analytical hierarchical process) hybrid method and is useful in solving problem of evaluating business with multiple inputs and multiple outputs. According to the characteristics of the DEA and AHP methods, this paper makes DEA and AHP more suitable for practical use. At the same time, this method can be applied to solve the problem of the performance evaluation of business process.
