摘要：
The article is based on satisfied matrix theory, Design questionnaire of public policy attitude, we can know the public's recognized degree and important degree attitude on the current public policy through investigation and influence coefficient analysis of lirsel, the results show that the public attitude of the public policy is measurable, we can evaluate existing public policy by attitude measurement results, and then, provide a basis of adjustment and improvement of public policy.
