摘要
A 4(II)-protected alpha -cellobiosyl fluoride is an efficient donor for the enzymatic stepwise condensations onto methyl P-D-glycoside accepters. These reactions, catalyzed by the Cel7B E197A glycosynthase from Humicola insolens, gave cellodextrins from degree of polymerization 3 to 6 in high yields.
