摘要
In this paper, we present a wirelessly-powered battery-less transmitter with fully integrated on-chip antennas for Internet of Things (IoT) and biomedical applications. The whole chip size is 3.9 x 1.9 mm(2) including the on-chip antennas. The transmitter uses on-off-keying modulation and operates in duty cycles. The chip harvest power at 7GHz and transmits back at 1.46GHz with -21 dBm output power achieving a data-rate of 50Mbps.
