摘要
With the development of SAW or BAW devices operating in the range of GHz; most available methods become inappropriate, either due to numerical Instability or low efficiency. The method of reverberation-ray matrix (MRRM), which was proposed just recently for layered media, Is extended here to study wave propagation in arbitrarily anisotropic piezoelectric laminates. Extensions Include the establishment of a unified mathematical basis and the construction of numerically stable formulations. Numerical results are first obtained for wave propagation in laminated antsotropic plates and good agreement is obtained with existing study. Then the effect of material inhomogeneity on the behavior of an FGM-TFBAR is studied.
