Dissipation and Residues of Cyprodinil on Grape under Open Field Condition

摘要
Dissipation and residue behaviour of cyprodinil on grape under open field condition were investigated in two different cities of China. Cyprodinil 50% WG (water-dispersible granule) was sprayed at different doses and times during small fruiting period of grape, then the grape samples were collected in specific day and the content of cyprodinil on/in each sample were detected by GC-NPD (gas chromatograph coupled with nitrogen phosphorus detector). After applying 1 200 g a.i. ha-1 cyprodinil 50% WG on grape, the degradations of cyprodinil coincided with first-order kinetic equation (Ct = C0e-t), and the half-lives (t1/2) were calculated to be 10.58 and 10.68 days in Changde city and Shangluo city respectively. The terminal residues of cyprodinil on grape were below the MRL (maximum residue limits) of CAC (Codex Alimentarius Commission) with 1 day interval and below the most stringent MRL (1 mg kg-1, which is established by France government) with 10 days interval, following all of the studied spraying doses (800 or 1 200 g a.i. ha-1) and frequency (3 or 4 times). The results of the current work could contribute to set MRL of cyprodinil on grape and guide the use of cyprodinil on grape field in China.
