摘要
Based on the Rsscan pressure analysts system, this research tests and analyzes the pressure distribution of the metatarsus bones in the following three moments static phase, the 5th minute, and the 30th minute during young women's separate walking with plain and high heels at the speed of 3 5km/h It also studies the biomechanical patterns when walking with heels of different height, as well as the reason that different heels can lead different pressure to metatarsus bones, so that it will be able to provide scientific and reliable basis for the healthy fitness exercise of young woman The result shows that the change of heel height can affect the young female's plantar pressure changes, each metatarsal of the foot pressure with different walking length has no obvious impact, the pressure on each metatarsal in flat- heel time curves for a single-peak type, while the high-heeled shoes curve is bimodal It suggests that walking with high heel shoes, the ball of the foot would receive higher pressure from the whole body, which can lead to fatigue and even injury to the feet
