摘要
Subjective evaluation is an important basis for judging and improving the usability of human-machine interface. Subjective evaluation theories and methods require further exploration. A subjective evaluation method based on grey system theory is put forward, based on human thinking having "grey characteristic". By establishing describable indicator information, the unknown or uncertain influence factors of human-machine interface become concrete and describable, making the comprehensive subjective evaluation questions solvable.
