DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF COMPREHENSIVE INSPECTION DATA VISUALIZATION SYSTEM BASED ON 3D GIS

摘要
The inspection data from high-speed comprehensive inspection train covers the five specialties such as track geometry, wheel-rail dynamics, pantograph and catenary, signal and communication. There are many inspection indices in each specialty which are displayed in table or graph in its respective system traditionally and there are not a unified display platform. At the same time, the different sampling intervals among these specialties result in the different inspection units, which caused these inspection data not to synchronous display. Based on relevance polymerization of the spatial, time and business attribute data, this paper provides a unified 3D visualization platform for comprehensive inspection data by making use of GIS, 3D virtual reality and multimedia technology. In the system construction, a five-layer system architecture including data layer, service layer, interface layer, application layer and user layer is designed, which improves the system maintenance, expansibility and service integration. The 2D and 3D data visualization and real time interaction are realized through using the software MapABC and AnGeo. Some key technologies are resolved about 3D scene loaded and visualization quickly under high speed movement. The comprehensive inspection data visualization system displays the train's profile, real time inspection data, alarm data and holographic inspection information, and reappears all of this according to history data. The system presents a holographic, intuitive and dynamic data exhibition for every user and provides advantages for inspection data analysis.
