Sports itself is participatory and confrontational, students participate in the risk of injury. In order to ensure the normal sports activities, the lack of knowledge of sports injuries and protective measures becomes a vital issue for the Physical education. This paper summarizes the defmition, the legal relationship and the imputation principle of the physical injury accidents in colleges and universities, and expounds the present situation of the responsibility and the objective problems of the college sports injury accidents, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures: As the organizers of school sports activities, Physical education teacher should take precautions and appropriate measures to protect students. Moreover, carrying out special legislation to refine the rights and obligations of school administrators is necessary. The deep meaning policy of establishing social insurance as founding accident insurance instead of school fair responsibility should be taken into consideration.
