摘要
A dual-mode fluorescent probe based on perylene, namely N,N'-bis[(2-salicylaldehyde)-ethyl]-3,4,9,10-perylene tetracarboxylicdiimide (SEPTD), has been constructed and synthesized for the detection of Sn2+ in DMF solution. SEPTD exhibited excellent selectivity and sensitivity for detecting Sn2+. The color change of SEPTD was from colerless to yellow in the presence of Sn2+ in DMF solution under 365 nm UV light. The fluorescent intensity of SEPTD was increasing gradually with adding Sn2+. The superior linear response of SEPTD for the concentration of Sn2+ ranged from 50 to 100 mu M. The limit of detection (LOD) of SEPTD for the detection of Sn2+ was low to 0.168 mu M. The reversibility behavior of SEPTD was investigated. Finally, the mechanism of SEPTD for detecting Sn2+ was investigated by H-1 NMR titration and IR spectra.
