摘要
There exist unique information system and information efficiency in high-tech innovation network. The information system of high-tech innovation network evolves with the development of innovation network. The purpose of information system of high-tech innovation network is to ensure information sharing and communication of related information among firms and coordinate actions of decentralized firms in high-tech innovation network to save transaction cost. This paper compares the evolution of information system with the changes in information cost in high-tech innovation network, and analyzes the organizational forms and governance mechanism of modular innovation network.
