In the present paper, we update the distributional information of Zygaena Fabricius, 1775 species in Cuenca (Spain) with a total of 14 different species. This area is very important for the biodiversity of this genus (having 63,6 % of the Iberian Peninsula's total). We also provide new records for the protected species Zygaena ignifera, increasing the geographical distribution with an additional 10x10 km. UTM square.
