摘要：

The tasks of nutritional practices are diverse and range from obesity therapy to the treatment of inflammatory and allergic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. A central point is the interdisciplinary cooperation of different professional groups, which is emphasized by the case reports presented in the following. An adequate therapy can save costs and improve the quality of life.
