摘要：

The portable X ray detection technique has important meanings to the practical medical X ray detecting instrument needs condition of the outlying mountain area. This paper I designed pulse X ray source that made up of Spiral Strip Line Generator (SSLG) and cold cathode X ray cube. Portable medical treatment lies in the high voltage supply. The accurate measurement of generator's pulse high voltage output is the key to performance of the whole device, and offer essential data to support and improve the craft. And the experimental results of high voltage measured by both electric and optic methods are provided. The imaging experiment has also been carried on. By analyzing the measurement results, we conclude that this instrument satisfy the medical detection needs.
