摘要：

The cause of the higher education in China has developed greatly. The scientific and technological strength and the level of the competitiveness of colleges and universities have been greatly improved, and have made great contributions to China's economic and social development. Colleges and universities have become the important force of the national innovative systems and the main force of the basic researches, and an indispensable force of the national technological innovation and the industrialization of the high and new technologies. The position of the colleges and universities in the transformation of the achievements of the scientific researches is becoming more and more important. Taking the universities in Jiangxi province as an example, the author of this paper carries on the analyses and researches on the transformation efficiency of the scientific and technological achievements.
