摘要
Speculated Yb3+ related effects in Bi/Er/Yb co-doped fibre (BEYDF) are investigated. Compared with Bi/Er co-doped fibre (BEDF), adding Yb3+ has been shown to increase both emission and bandwidth by direct Yb3+ emission and through energy transfer.
