摘要
Rapid screening: For optimizing the weight fraction of enzyme in enzyme electrodes, the scanning electrochemical microscopy (SECM) screening method described gives results (see picture) in good agreement with those obtained by the traditional rotating-disk-electrode method but in one tenth of the time and with a reduction in the amount of polymer and enzyme required by a factor of 100000. (Figure presented).
