摘要
Optical parallel logic operations were studied using infrared light as a signal beam. The optical system was constructed with a planar heat source, a liquid crystal switch array, a chalcogenide glass fiber bundle, and a PtSi CCD sensor array. A variety of logic operations, e.g., AND, NAND, OR NOR, and XOR, were demonstrated successfully by this optical system.
