摘要：

The goal of the current study is to summarise a 2-year experience in clinical implementation of a Large-Scale Hospital Information System (HIS) including the kernel modules integrated with Radiological Information System (RIS), Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS), laboratory module, and a pharmacy module. A workstation for clinicians permits an electronic patient record to be accessed by authorised users and displayed at any time and place the data is required. The integration is based on the Digital Imaging and Communication in Medicine (DICOM) and Health Level 7 (HL7) standards. (C) 2003 Published by Elsevier Science B.V.
