WJM technology namely Liquid Jet Machining, which is still Start-up at wood machining field in our country. In order to insure wood and woodiness complex material quality, efficiency and the rate of multipurpose utilization, to choice best technological parameters. This paper take three key parameters with tree species (Materials, air-dried density), feed rate and garnet sand particle size as factors, the Specifications of tree species is 900mmx125mmx18mm Cylicodiscus spp, Chlorophora spp and Intsia spp; Feed rate select the three levels of 80mm/min, 100mm/min, 120mm/min; garnet sand particle size select the three levels of 60 mesh, 80 mesh and 100 mesh, the orthogonal experiments are studied on the WC40WA1312H CNC high pressure water-jet cutting machine. Obtained by range analysis: 1. the three key process factors in primary and secondary relationships of water cutting: garnet sand particle size degrees the greatest impact on the test results, followed by tree species (Materials, air-dried density), again for the feed rate; 2. when the water cutting machine machining Chlorophora spp Solid Wood Floor (air-dried density 0.70g/cm(3)), the feed rate of 100mm/min, garnet sand particle size of 100 mesh, the average test material surface roughness Ra value can reach 4.18, fancy wood floor reach the optimum processing quality.
