A study on ferrography expert system based on fuzzy neural network and decision cube

摘要
Ferrography technology already makes great effect in condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of self-propelled gun, but wear particle recognition and wear diagnosis of ferrography are still need expert's opinions, this can not keep up with the request of modem war In order to overcome disadvantage of this situation, a fault diagnosis expert system using artificial neural network and fuzzy theory is developed in C++ builder 6.0. Decision Cube method is also introduced to manage data in this paper The system has the abilities of simulating the thought of expert and judging where the fault positions are, and realize the automatization of wear particle recognition and wear diagnosis. The result is quite valuable in monitoring and fault diagnosis of self-propelled gun.
