摘要
Considering of the characteristics of the contract price and tetras of payment on the FIDIC contract conditions, and based on the principles of unbalanced bid and capital time value, this article constructs a linear programming model, which maximizes the present value of actual payment, from the contractor's point of view. It also gives an optimal solution to a specific project. The given model, with practical and simple style, considers not only the change of bill of quantities (B.Q.) but also the effect of the construction order. So it becomes a better guide to project tendering and profit making for the bidders.
