摘要
This paper discusses how to make multi-component asset maintenance more efficiency through arranging the maintenance process properly. A cooperation model is provided based on time optimization. Since this problem is NP-hard we develop a genetic algorithm and discuss its convergence. Through analyzing the cooperation disturbance factor (CDF), we find the maintenance time will be shrunk by cooperation more than no cooperation. However, the efficiency of cooperation decreases gradually with the value of this factor increasing. And when the value of CDF is larger than some threshold value, we can get no benefit but cost from cooperation.
