On the Physical Fitness of Female College Students with Different Levels of Exercise and the Analysis of its influencing factors

摘要
Using the ways of data, questionnarie, interviews, on -the- spot tests and data analysis, this present paper made a research on the health of female college students with different levels of sports, and developed health-improving strategies according to different levels of health of female college students. This female college students were diveded into three groups: exercise casually, exercise once or twice every week, exercise three or more than three times every week. Based on this divison, the research, focusing on the aspects like the types of exerciwse they choose, the duration of exercise and their understanding of the importance of exercise, found that the higher their exercise levels are, the longer they can do exercise, and the acordingly, the more choice of sports items they have and the healthier of life style they develop. The present paper, therefore, gave an analysis of the sports paticipation of female college students and the factors in it, and then presents resonable suggestions, which is meaning for the research of physical fitness of school girls, and also give theretical support of P.E reform for the policy-makers.
