摘要
Dual-tracer F-18-FDG and C-11-acetate PET/CT has been shown to demonstrate good sensitivity and specificity for the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma. We present a case of gastric adenocarcinoma with liver metastasis with positive uptake of F-18-FDG and C-11-acetate highlighting an unusual appearance in dual-tracer PET/CT.
