摘要
Laboratory and test-stand experiments are conducted to study the treatment of industrial and storm wastewater of PAO Transneft, which is additionally contaminated with a mixture of oil products. The developed equipment and process solutions can form the basis of a fundamentally new approach to solving a wide range of problems related to the treatment of oil-contaminated wastewater. The most important of these solutions are the experimental results of the ultrasonic treatment of PAO Transneft wastewater on our designed test stand. These results help to determine the optimal process parameters of the wastewater treatment, which ensure the maximum degree of purification. Using ultrasonic intensification of wastewater treatment processes, the equipment and process flows in treatment facilities can be significantly simplified and modernized by reducing the time of sedimentation of the effluent in the settler and flotation tank and decreasing the consumption of reagents, thus improving the energy- and resource-efficiency of the existing technologies.
