摘要
Introduction: the article is part of a complex of studies of the genre system of Khanty literature: it actualizes the issues of the development of genres of didactic poetry in the creative practice of M. I. Novjukhov. Objective: to analyze the genre of the fable and identify its specifics in the work of the Khanty poet Matvey Ivanovich Novjukhov. Research materials: the article is based on fables of M. I. Novjukhov's book "With the Hope of Happiness" (2012). Results and novelty of the research: the article for the first time analyzes the fables found only in the works of M. I. Novjukhov from the entire corpus of texts of the history of Khanty literature. Four examples of this genre were identified, which indicates that the didactic genre, which requires allegorical interpretation, has not received a worthy development in Khanty literature. However, these texts are very representative and are of particular interest in studying not only the creative method of a particular author, but also the development of Khanty poetry of the middle of the XX century in the whole. An analysis of the fable forms of M. I. Novjukhov showed that the poet follows the genre tradition. The texts of the works contain characters from the world of fauna, in which it is easy to see images of people. Human images are collective and recognizable in their realistic embodiment. The Khanty fabulist speaks about the moral and social problems of contemporary reality; he denounces the vices of man. In almost all texts, the author implements the narrative model: narration + morality . Satire and irony help the author create characters and describe situations. Personification, antithesis, allegory, supplemented by fairy and colloquial nature, distinguish the language of fable texts by M. I. Novjukhov.
