摘要
We have succeeded in synthesizing the silicon carbide (SiC) micro tube from the polycarbosilane (PCS) fiber. It was found that the PCS fiber was well oxidized by the radiation irradiation in air, and the oxidation took place only at surface layer of the PCS fiber even by the high dose rate irradiation. Tetrahydrofuran did not dissolve the oxidized surface layer, but un-crosslinked core part was well dissolved.
