Heat capacity at the glass transition in IV-V-VI glasses

摘要
The excess heat capacity (Delta C-p) at the glass transition of Ge-Sb-Se, Ge-As-Te and Si-As-Te glasses has been determined from differential scanning calorimetry measurements. The composition dependence of the Delta C-p of the three glass systems belonging to the IV-V-VI group show features at certain compositions. These results have been discussed in the light of the existing models.
