摘要：
With the improvement of people's cognitive level, people gradually realized the importance of mental health, good physique and mental health is a prerequisite for individuals to adapt to society of competition. Every college sports is a compulsory subject, not only to enhance the physiological quality of students, but also have a certain impact on the mental health of college students. This paper analyzes the mental health of college sports and the relationship of University. And it summed up the role of college sports on college students' psychological health, and it proposes appropriate improvement measures in order to promote the healthy development of college psychology.
