摘要
This paper comprises the design which is able to work in S (RFID application), C and X-band. The design structure comprises a bow-tie shaped radiating patch and bow-tie shaped ground plane which is just beneath the bow-tie patch. PIN diodes are employed to reconfigure the desired performance parameters. The design is also incorporate to work in full patch mode as well as monopole mode and DGS mode. The whole design is simulated with HFSS simulation tool. The results are adequate and fulfill the expectation.
