摘要
In the 21st century enterprises are facing a quickly changed and intensely competitive market. In order to realize the target of China's enterprises independent innovation strategy, enterprises' behaviors are the key factor. However, the research and development brings higher and higher risks to every enterprise. Therefore, setting up R&D strategic alliance is a generally way adopted by many enterprises to adapt to the new competition. The selection of alliance partners is crucial to the success of a strategic alliance. Considering the characteristics of the strategic alliance of R&D projects and market condition, this paper try to combine qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, and set up the evaluation system of the partner selection of the strategic alliance of R&D project. We apply the rough set theory to realize the knowledge reduction, use the method of analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index, make comprehensive evaluation to all of potential alliance partner by the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Eventually, we can obtain the optimal decision of partner selection.
