摘要
A wideband, single-circularly polarized 4x4 array has been reported for operation at K/Ka-band. The array has an impedance bandwidth of 22.12-28.96 GHz, and exhibits a good circular polarization by employing sequential rotation along with stable gain response over the bandwidth. The array has a scan range of +/- 38 degrees, beyond which its gain drops by more than 3 dB. In future, the array will be integrated with a beamforming network utilizing 5G silicon RFICs for experimental verification.
