Synthesis and Mechanism Research of Nano-perovskite Materials by Solid-state Reaction

摘要
Nano-perovskite nanocrystals were synthesized by a solid-state reaction at low temperature by using TiCl4 and alkaline-earth metal hydroxides as raw materials. Firstly, highly-active TiO2 center dot H2O (H2TiO3) was prepared by the hydrolysis of TiCl4. Then the mixtures of TiO2 center dot H2O and alkaline-earth metal hydroxides with molar ratio of 1 : 1 were ground for I h, and then reacted at a certain temperature. XRD analysis demonstrates that the products are perovskite-type materials. TEM photograph shows that the particles are uniform in shape and dispersed well with average size less than 80 nm in diameter. It can be concluded from XRD patterns that the chemical reaction is the rate-determining step in this low temperature solid state reaction. Furthermore, the formation process of the as-obtained perovslcite-type materials were investigated in detail.
