Determination of rhenium in copper ores by preconcentration of polyurethane foam-neutron activation analysis

摘要
A method for the determination of rhenium in copper ores by neutron activation analysis (NAA) was developed. The procedures for extraction of rhenium in HF media by polyurethane foam and determination conditions for rhenium by NAA were studied. Total chemical recovery for rhenium was greater than 97% and the enrichment factor of 1 X 10(4) was achieved. The relative standard deviations (n = 6) of GBW07164 (GSO-3) and GBW07166 (GSO-50) are 4.4% and 3.6%, respectively. The analytical results of geological standard materials are all in accordance with the reference values.
