摘要
In this paper, problems related to energy saving for the use of heating the buildings supplied with district heating sources are analyzed. Requirements for control systems, indispensable for rational heat consumption for the purposes of central heating and hot water supply, are presented. Particular attention is drawn to the necessity of the energy management systems in buildings. Results of investigations concerning energy consumption carried out in real object are presented. Heat consumption in the building supplied with the active management system, and after its shut-down, is compared. The obtained savings reached more than a dozen percent, which makes a couple of dozens of PJ (Peta = 10(15)) of heat in the national scale. This is a real volume, possible to attain.
