摘要
Mouse retinal explants were transfected with recombinant adenovirus vector carrying the green fluorescent protein (GFP) gene and the rat bcl-X-L gene (Adeno-Bcl-xL) to determine its ability to protect retinal ganglion cells against apoptotic cell death and to promote retinal ganglion cell neurite regeneration. Adeno-Bcl-xL-incubated retinas had reduced apoptosis compared with controls.
