This paper introduced a XML-based Data Acquirement Method. With this method data information with complicated structure can be expressed by XML Document, so the information acquired can include the semantic information which can make these data be utilized more easily. An example about teaching-evaluation information acquirement is given to illustrate the usage and the benefit of the method,.
