摘要：
The paper presents factors affecting the efficiency of vaccinating red foxes against rabies using oral vaccines. These factors include: the size and the choice of the area where the vaccine is distributed, the frequency of vaccine distribution and the density of baits per sq. km in the vaccinated area. The efficiency of different strategies used in rabies control in Europe was also discussed.
